1. What is the minimum length of stay at CasaLyve?

Due to local regulations, the minimum length of stay at CasaLyve is three months. After which, you may wish to have your lease extended 3 monthly to a maximum lease term of 1 year.

2. What is the maximum number of tenants within a unit?

​We are legally required to adhere to the Maximum Occupancy Cap laid out by URA. 

 

3. Are utilities included in the monthly rental rate?

Utilities are not included in the monthly rental rate. Depending on the type of unit you've chosen, it may be a modified flat rate or shared equally amongst the number of tenants within the unit.

4. Why isn't utilities included into my monthly rental?

At CasaLyve, we do not want our members to overpay or utilities by charging a higher standard flat-rate that is usually included into your monthly rental. For months that you have used less utilities, your bill will be reflected accordingly.

5. Are there any additional fees involved before moving in?

You will need to pay the following:

  • A security deposit of 1 month

  • Advance 1 month rental or pro-rated rental (if applicable)

  • One-time mandatory air-con servicing fee of $180

  • Applicable Stamp Duty charges based on your rental amount and lease terms

 

For lease terms of less than 6 months:

  • There will be an additional charge of $300/month.

6. Can I book available rooms in advance?

As available rooms are booked on a first-come-first-served basis, we are unable to secure rooms more 2 weeks out from your actual move-in date. Should your move-in date be more than 2 weeks out, we will be able to place you on a waitlist to secure the room at a nearer date if the room is still available. Do take note of this when you book a viewing with us.

7. When can I view the room/apartment?

Our viewing time slots are:

Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 7:00PM

Sat - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Sun - No viewings

8. Can I request a viewing outside of the specific timings?

Unfortunately, to ensure the comfort and privacy of our current members, we are unable to accommodate viewings outside of the designated hours.

9. Are there any documents required?

We will require official government documents from all members, these may include NRIC, FIN, Passport details, as well as valid visa or employment passes. You are required to produce documents to state that you're legally allowed to reside in Singapore at all times before and during your stay.

 

10. Are there any agent fees involved?

CasaLyve does not charge any agency fees or pay out commisions to agents.

 

11. What is included in the apartments?

All our apartment comes standard with a 1Gbps fibre broadband, weekly cleaning of common shared areas, maintenance support, free parking (in selected properties), washer, and a functional kitchen.
